Name: (Son) Chi-Chi
Series: Dragon Ball
Canon point: Early Dragon Ball Z
History: Dragon Ball Wiki
Personality:

A depressingly accurate depiction of what Chi-Chi puts up with.

Chi-Chi...is a very, very complex little lady.

On one hand, she's a sweet, pleasant housewife. Unlike many people, she enjoys the simple things: taking care of the home, cooking, gardening, and doing minimal shopping in order to keep her household running. You could tell this if you were to visit her tidy little home she shares with her husband Son Goku. Of course, they live in the middle of nowhere, so it's very unlikely that even if you weren't stuck in a weird city based around sex, you probably wouldn't visit her anyway.

On the other hand, which happens to be balled into a fist, is her temper. As the daughter of the Ox-King, Chi-Chi's used to getting her way (and she knows how to do that). She's oh-so testy when it comes to certain things, and those certain things can actually be a lot of things. A few of those things involve:

-Chaos
-Disorder
-People who aren't invited barging into her life
-Laziness
-Wastefulness
-When Goku forgets her name
-When Goku forgets his promises
-When Goku leaves her to go training for months on end
-Goku
-Goku
-Goku

Oh, yes. Uhm, the elephant in the room, you might say. Chi-Chi has had one major driving force throughout most of her childhood, adolescent, and even her adult years, and that is to marry her one true love, Son Goku. Quick set up here, she and Goku met when they were small; at the time, Chi-Chi was quite taken with him. She found him funny and charming...Goku found her weird. But, just so happens, he was looking for a bride at the time (spoilers: Goku didn't actually know what that was, he just thought it was something to eat, therefore he wanted it), so he asked her. Joy, joy, joy! Being the hopeless romantic she is, when she's not being an absolute terror, Chi-Chi has pretty much poured most of her life into this goal. She's trained to become a champion martial artist so she will be the worthy wife of the strongest man in the world.

Yeah, okay. A lot of good that does you when he doesn't even recognize you later, nor remember the promise he mad to marry you. Needless to say, Chi-Chi is pissed, but Goku's pulls out some surprising swag and ends up marrying her anyway. Which proceeds to make Chi-Chi even more lovey dovey towards him.

Despite Goku being Too Dumb to Live, Chi-Chi loves him desperately. Painfully. As much as he can get under her skin, she still has the ultimate respect for him (in the Japanese version of the anime, she calls him "Goku-sa," which is a very country bumpkin way of saying Goku-san or Mr. Goku, even after they're married). Which brings up probably the most important facet of her personality: she's loyal. Loyal to a fault, perhaps, but damn loyal. She will protect the ones she loves. Of course, her idea of "protection" is kind of annoying (aka keeping them out of harm's way), but she means well. It's just that she's been brought up in a world of men, and men who are kind of giant dumbasses at that, so she's had to adapt. Since she can't beat the crap out of everyone, which is the universal language of Dragon Ball men, she's had to adapt. She nags. Nags. Nags. And occasionally rages all over the place. But mostly nags. Her nagging power level is over 9,000. Look, I made a DBZ meme reference. Still, the key thing to remember about all this nagging and posturing and anger is that that's not all of her character...unlike some fanworks and the anime itself in the DBZ portion of the series, which think she's nothing but a terrible harpy shrew. The sweet, motherly side is just as important, if not more so. That's the reason why she cares enough to get angry in the first place.

Basically, she's your mom. Your mom if she was a really hot martial artist.
Age: ~20-21+
Gender: Female
Appearance: Chi-Chi doesn't look particularly strong at first glance, but looks can be deceiving. She's mostly petite and curvy on the surface, yet a closer look reveals she's also pretty toned (proof is here; seriously, check out dem guns). All together, though, her looks belie her actual abilities.

In the anime, her hair is jet black (in the manga, it was originally blue, but subsequent recolors and other materials have shown it to be black), as are her eyes. Said hair is usually worn in a no-nonsense ponytail or bun. More often than not, she's seen wearing either a contented smile or a scowl on her face. Her body appears to have no defining marks, and this is pretty much definitive, as she's seen naked in the anime. Her choice of clothing is traditional martial arts gis and casual but traditional Asian wear such as the cheongsam.
Abilities/Powers: Actually, in comparison to the rest of the world of Dragon Ball/Dragon Ball Z, she's more on the average side than anything else. Sure, for a human, she's powerful, probably more skilled and more durable than most men, but in a world where the players are all aliens with demi-god tier strength, she's just a Jane Doe. She doesn't have any serious energy blasts or anything of that nature, unlike Goku, Krillin, and Yamcha.

Since I'm playing her from the anime and manga, not the multiple video games she's appeared in, I'm going with her set powers being more abilities than anything. She's a human who's nearly trained to the peak of human perfection (think Ozymandias in Watchmen except with boobs and a less fabulous wardrobe). This means she has increased speed, strength, agility, and durability; these don't come from any special abilities, though, but rather from working her ass off. However, given that Dragon Ball derives a lot of its humor from silly moments and sight gags, it's hard to get a good gauge on what Chi-Chi can really do vs. what is funny to see a tiny woman do. For everyone's sanity, I'll be erring on the realistic side (realism in Dragon Ball, who's heard of such?) and simplifying it to if an extremely well-trained martial artist can do it, she can
